Arrival VIP Meet & Assist
A representative will meet the passenger upon exiting the jet bridge and accompany them throughout the arrival journey, including Immigration, baggage collection, Customs, and onward coordination to their designated vehicle or transport service, subject to applicable airport, airline, security and government procedures.
Departure VIP Meet & Assist
Our representative assists the passenger from the airline check-in counter through departure formalities, Immigration and airport security screening, and onward to the boarding gate, subject to applicable airport, airline, security and government procedures.
Arranging Your Service
To arrange Airport VIP Meet & Assist, we will ask for a copy of the passenger's passport and their confirmed flight itinerary or e-ticket. Pricing is confirmed directly with our team for each flight and set of requirements, so please get in touch to request a quote.
Airport VIP Meet & Assist fees are non-refundable. A confirmed booking may be transferred once to another flight for the same named passenger, provided that notice is received at least 72 hours before the originally scheduled service, subject to availability and applicable airport or operational restrictions.
